  • Each individual may open only one account.
  • Multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method are prohibited.
  • It is the user's responsibility to keep their account information up to date.

3.2 Account Security

It is your own responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential.

  • If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.
  • The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through the account.
  • Account transfer or sale is strictly prohibited.

3.3 KYC Verification

To verify a user's identity, fryy99 may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be limited or suspended if KYC verification is not completed.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited on fryy99 using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and get a ৳1,500 bonus → total ৳2,500. Deposit ৳22,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳15,000 → total ৳37,000.

  • Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
  • The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times (you must wager 20 times the bonus amount).
  • The wagering requirement must be met before bonus credits can be converted to cash.
  • If you attempt to withdraw without wagering the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 Promotional Offers

fryy99 provides various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which will be stated in the description of that offer.

  • Promotional offers may be changed or cancelled at any time.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
  • fryy99 reserves the right to investigate if bonus abuse is suspected.

5.3 Cashback Offers

Weekly cashback applies under the VIP program. Cashback is added directly to the account balance and has no wagering requirement.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All games operated on fryy99 are powered by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi). The outcomes of these games are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fryy99 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and balances may be forfeited:

  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
  • Bonus abuse or bonus hunting activities.
  • Exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities.
  • Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
  • Accessing another person's account or attempting to hack.

  • Any form of collusion or manipulation.
